See the craftsmanship and advanced technology behind the Wisconsin Homes building process for yourself. If a picture is worth a thousand words, then a walk through our model home village and a tour of our manufacturing facility will exemplify everything you need to know. Our model homes include several ranch-style designs and multi-story homes for your viewing pleasure. Model village homes are available to view during normal business hours, M-F or by calling for an appointment at 715-384-2161. For your convenience, a key can be obtained for viewing model homes after hours and on weekends. If interested in touring our factory and seeing our process in person, you can make an appointment as well. Just call our office or contact the nearest builder listed on our website.
FINDING FINANCING
System-built homes can be financed by banks and mortgage companies, just like any other home. Typically, you will receive a construction loan and upon completion of the project that loan will roll into a home mortgage.
