Pay That Grows with You
- Skill-based pay based on your experience and the skills you develop
- On-the-job training to help you advance and increase your earning potential
- Weekly pay for consistent, dependable income
Work–Life Balance You Can Count On
- Hours: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
- Fridays: Out at Noon
- Production Incentive Program: Paid a full 40 hours even with early Fridays
- Vacation eligibility after just 30 days
