Matthew leads the plant with a strong focus on teamwork, communication and shared pride in the work. In his three years at Wisconsin Homes, he has helped build a culture where people feel supported and confident in their craft—because when the team is strong, the homes are strong.

He works continuously to streamline processes so homeowners receive a smoother building experience. Matthew wants customers to know that every home leaving the plant is built with intention and care. He’s motivated by doing the job right and upholding the reputation Wisconsin Homes has earned for long-lasting, dependable construction.

Outside the Office: Matthew enjoys football and baseball and spends his free time refurbishing old furniture or creating home décor from reclaimed materials.
