Ron Beers

Ron brings nearly 30 years of hands-on experience across the company—from plant operations to engineering to fieldwork—and uses that knowledge to support builders with quick, accurate answers. He helps guide projects through each phase, ensuring communication flows smoothly between sales, engineering and production.

He has played a major role in improving internal systems that speed up information sharing and strengthen accuracy across departments. Ron’s dedication comes from firsthand experience: after a disaster affected his own home, the Wisconsin Homes team and its partners rebuilt with care and urgency. That experience reinforced his commitment to the craftsmanship and compassion that define the company.

Outside the Office: Ron spends much of his free time volunteering and enjoying the outdoors year-round. When he’s indoors, he appreciates a good book, a great movie and a perfectly cooked steak topped with mushrooms and onions.
